Call for abstract of Oral Presentation

Guidelines for submission:
All abstracts should be related to homoeopathy.
The online abstract submission portal will be open from 1stSeptember to 15th October 2026; abstracts can only be submitted after registering for the program. The deadline for submission will not be extended any further. Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
Each registrant can submit only one abstract for evaluation.
Acceptance of an abstract will be based on peer review. Accepted abstracts will be
announced officially on the webpage and through e-mail by 15th October 2026.
Abstract formatting guidelines:
Abstracts should be submitted under the following categories of articles: Case reports/series, Clinical research–qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, Review article, Disease prevention, Fundamental research, Health service research, In-vitro animal and plant-based research, Homoeopathic pathogenetic trials (HPTs) or drug proving, Veterinary research, Debate or commentary
N.B. Clinical trial registration number and review registration number should be provided at the end of the abstracts in case of clinical trials & review articles respectively.
The abstract should be written in concise and academic English.
The word limit is a maximum of 300 words excluding the title and keywords.
The word limit for the title should be between 25-30 words.
There should be no references, tables, or figures.
Only standard and accepted abbreviations should be used (e.g., AIDS, ECG,etc).
Bold or underlined formatting should not be used.
The names of the homoeopathic medicines should appear in italics
Presenting author’s and co-authors’ details should be uploaded during submission: full name,degree, department, affiliation, institution and address, e-mail, phone no, and ORCID ID.
Abstracts should preferably be structured using the following subheadings: a. Background and aim, b. Methods, c. Results, d. Conclusion
Keywords: 3-5 maximum
The presenting author will be responsible for ensuring that all co-authors give theirconsent to be named and all are aware of the contents of the abstract.
Peer review process: All abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review by the Scientific Committee to assess their scientific quality, relevance, and contribution to homoeopathy research. Abstracts will be evaluated for ethical compliance, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki for human research and international standards for animal studies. If an abstract involves animal research or patient data, the Scientific Committee may contact the submitting author for further details before making a final decision. Authors must ensure their email addresses are correct at submission, as HMAI is not responsible for failed deliveries.
Poster presentation guidelines: Posters should be submitted under the following categories of articles:
Case reports/series
Clinical research – qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods
Review article
Fundamental research
Pre-clinical research and plant-based research
Homoeopathic pathogenetic trials (HPTs) or drug-proving.
Poster presentations will take place during the main conference.
Authors must be physically present during the designated poster session to explain their workand answer questions.
Mention your contact details, i.e., email address, at the end of the poster.
Name of the institution(s) should be mentioned at the top of the poster.
Posters will be judged by both the scientific committee and attendees
Poster Size and Format:3 feet × 6.5 feet (36 inches × 78 inches) of printed flex in portrait orientation.
Layout: Neatly divided into sections — Title, Author(s), Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Keywords.
Font: Use clear fonts (e.g., Arial or Calibri); title should be at least 72 pt; headings 48 pt; body text 24–30 pt.
Language: English only.
Printing: Participants are responsible for printing and bringing their posters.
QR Code (optional): You may include a QR code linking to your full paper or professional profile.
Content Recommendations:
Highlight key findings with visuals (charts, images, infographics).
Ensure homoeopathic remedy names are in italics.
Avoid overly technical jargon; make content accessible.
Mention ethical approvals or trial registrations (if applicable).
Selected Candidates will be allowed to present their paper on stage
The winner will be awarded a monetary gift along with participation certificate for all the presenters.
Instructions:
Be present beside your poster during your assigned 20-minute time slot.
No AV equipment will be provided. Discussions are informal and non-facilitated.
You may bring non-commercial handouts for educational use only.
Do not disturb discussions at nearby posters.
Be ready to answer questions from judges and attendees.
